According to Gestalt psychologists, creativity is defined as something that generates a new idea, insight, or solution through imagination rather than through logic or reason. It doesn’t matter what business you are in or want to be in, creativity isn’t confined, but sometimes we are.
The skill of creating ideas is crucial in today’s environment and it’s what sets businesses apart: 82% of executives surveyed by Forrester agree creativity needs to be prioritised in a business – above management discipline, integrity and even vision.
Creativity is in the job description
An Ideas Architect is all about using creativity to generate an abundance of ideas which innovate, solve problems and future proof. You don’t have to be a ‘creative type’ to produce ideas that make a real difference (seriously it’s a myth, we explain here): with the right tools and techniques you can expand your creative capabilities, and by extension your idea generation and create ideas that add real value.
Idea action is in the job description too
But ideas are only valuable if they are actioned, so the next step in any Idea Architect’s role is all about execution; from choosing the right idea to creating the actions for successful implementation and growth. Every single successful entrepreneur is an Idea Architect.
Idarc has been designed to help develop Idea Architects – giving individuals what they need to create successful ideas and ultimately achieve their goals – so what do you say, want to be an Idea Architect?
